The country with some of the hot-spots of global bio-diversity and with thousands of years of knowledge must be conscious and protective of its Biodiversity and Intellectual property rights. The HSS works with the farmers and the scientific community in order to conserve, enhance, and protect the local bio-diversity and related IPR of the community holding knowledge.
